Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77z7 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 77z7 online gaming platform accessible at 77z7.pro and any associated mobile or web interfaces. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 77z7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
77z7 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the current version of these Terms periodically. The version published at 77z7.pro/terms-conditions at the time of any disputed interaction shall be the version that applies.

Clause 1
Eligibility and Age Verification
Use of the 77z7 platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. 77z7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, players must: (a) be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law; (b) not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of 77z7 or its affiliated technology providers; and (c) not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in effect on the platform. 77z7 does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in their location before registering.
Clause 2
Account Registration and Verification
Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 77z7 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under different names, mobile numbers or email addresses, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
During registration and at any point during the account lifecycle, 77z7 may require you to provide Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including but not limited to:
- A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport or driving licence)
- Proof of the mobile number used for bKash or Nagad registration (e.g. a screenshot of the wallet registration confirmation)
- A selfie or photographic proof of identity when requested by the security team
- Source of funds declaration for withdrawals exceeding the published KYC threshold
Clause 3
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
77z7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the payments section of the platform, subject to completion of any applicable KYC review.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the name of the 77z7 account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment account name does not match the 77z7 account name — are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible, minus any processing fees charged by the payment provider. In cases where a third-party deposit cannot be returned, the funds may be held pending verification and the depositing account may be suspended.
77z7 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals below the published threshold. Withdrawals above the threshold, or via international card methods, may be subject to processing fees that are disclosed at the point of withdrawal request. 77z7 reserves the right to request re-verification of identity for any withdrawal above the published KYC threshold. Withdrawals to accounts not matching the registered player identity will not be processed under any circumstances.
Clause 4
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 77z7 platform are subject to terms and conditions specific to each offer. These offer-specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read before claiming any bonus. In the event of any conflict between an offer-specific term and these general Terms, the offer-specific term shall prevail for matters relating to that offer only.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless an offer-specific term expressly states otherwise:
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per verified player identity
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from the account
- 77z7 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse, coordinated wagering patterns or exploitation of offer terms is identified
- Free spin winnings are subject to a rollover requirement before they become withdrawable cash
Clause 5
Prohibited Conduct
Players are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that undermines the integrity of the 77z7 platform, harms other players, or constitutes fraud, abuse or illegal activity. Violations of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 77z7 platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent security controls
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit bonus structures in a coordinated manner
- Money laundering, using the platform to conceal the proceeds of crime, or conducting transactions in a manner that raises suspicion of financial crime
- Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of interaction with the 77z7 platform or support team
Clause 6
Intellectual Property
All content on the 77z7 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, logos, brand marks, and any associated audio or visual materials — is the exclusive property of 77z7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from platform content without the prior written consent of 77z7 is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.
Clause 7
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77z7, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the unavailability of games or payment services, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if 77z7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
77z7 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 77z7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Clause 8
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
77z7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity. These tools include voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options, all accessible through the account settings dashboard. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and, once active, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 30 days. Players may also request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. 77z7 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any account where patterns of play suggest problematic behaviour, including imposing temporary limits without prior consent where immediate intervention is deemed necessary to protect the player.
Clause 9
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the player and 77z7 through the support escalation process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents 77z7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
Clause 10
Amendments to These Terms
77z7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication at 77z7.pro/terms-conditions. For material changes — those that substantively affect player rights or obligations — 77z7 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via registered email or platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date.
